Petition regarding Rubabah's and Zulaykha's inheritance
Sadiq ibn Muhammad writes to Hujjat al-Islam Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa: after the death of Mashhadi ‘Isa, the brother of Haj Sadiq and Haj Musa, he was survived by his two underage daughters, Rubabah and Zulaykha, and left no will. His brothers took ownership of his inheritance and wrote two documents regarding the daughters' shares, which was left to the writer for safekeeping. ‘Azimat Khanum's receipt to Mirza Abu Turab Khan, 1918
Two documents in which ‘Azimat Khanum, the daughter of the late Aqa Mirza Abu al-Fath, states that she has received some payments from her half-brother, Mirza Abu Turab Khan; according to the first one, she received two promissory notes, worth two hundred and fifty tumans, that her husband had transfered from Urumiyah; the second is the receipt for whatever was owed to her by Mirza Abu Turab Khan.

Division of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1892
‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, has, under the supervision of Mulla Riza, been divided among the following: Muhammad (his father), Fatimah Baygum (his mother), his underage daughter (Haji Khan Yavar as her guardian), and his sister; the share and mahr of his wife, Gawhar Taj Khanum (Baba Khan's daughter), has also been distributed to her.

The authenticity of this document has been verified by Dabir al-Saltanah, Vakil al-Mulk, Qa’im Maqam, and Mustashar al-Saltanah.

Settlement between Aqa Naqi's daughters and Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, 1858
Shahr Banu Khanum, Bulur Khanum, and Sadr-i Jahan Khanum (the daughters of Aqa Naqi from Mahvizan) transfer all of their parental inheritance from properties in the village of Qajar Abad to Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, the son of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali Kama’i, in exchange for total of twelve tumans, with each receiving four; it includes a revocation clause.
